- 🚫 No alcoholic beverages
- 🐕 Pets are not allowed inside the villa
- 🚫 Cooking is strictly prohibited in the indoor kitchen (fine 1000 AED)
- 💰 The remaining amount (if any) + security deposit must be paid upon check-in
- 🔍 Upon arrival, ask the employee to tour the place, check cleanliness and sterilization yourself, and inform him immediately of any comments
- 🏠 Preserve the property – do not be careless while using contents
- 🧼 Do not put soap and dirt inside the swimming pool
- 👶 Do not leave children alone inside or around the swimming pool (your children are your responsibility)
- 🔥 Do not light fires in places other than those designated for barbecue
- 🚬 Do not smoke inside the Villa – do not throw cigarette butts inside the farm (fine 300 AED)
- 🧹 An additional fee will be charged if the property is left excessively dirty (500 AED)
- ⏰ Check-out must not exceed 11:30 AM (fine 500 AED)
- 🔑 The employee must be informed before leaving to hand over the key and receive the security deposit
- 🚪 In the event of departure before the employee arrives, the security deposit will be deducted in full, and guests are responsible for any damages resulting from leaving doors open
- 🪑 Furniture moving and decor modifications are prohibited – any violation will result in a deduction of the security deposit
- 👥 Maximum guests: 10 Adults only + Children (no limit)
- 📍 The resort management and operating company are not responsible for any lost items – please take care of your belongings
📅 Cancellation & Date Change Policy
- ❌ This reservation is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances
- ❌ In case of no-show, the full amount will be deducted
- 📅 To change the date, you must contact us 48 hours before the arrival date – a change fee may be applied
